We're facing an office relocation — when in the process is it best to contact Yllw?
The earlier, the better. We add the most value when we're involved from the analysis phase. That's when we can help you optimise your space, take stock of what can be reused from your current office and set a realistic budget focused on sustainability from the start.
We don't have time to project-manage a relocation ourselves — how much responsibility can Yllw take?
We can take full responsibility if you wish. Our concept "A to Z" means we handle everything: from interior design and procurement to logistics, relocation and assembly. You get a dedicated contact person with us, which streamlines the process, reduces the risk of misunderstandings and lets you focus on your core business while we ensure your premises are ready on time.

When we take full responsibility, we act as the project's engine. We coordinate all subcontractors, handle logistics and oversee the budget for you. Because we own the entire chain, including refurbishment at Yllw Factory, we reduce the risk of delays and unexpected cost overruns that often arise when multiple parties need to collaborate.
