To full FAQCan Yllw deliver reused furniture at scale to public environments?
Yes, we have experience working with framework agreements and public procurement where we combine economic sustainability with climate benefit. With our inventory and Yllw Factory, we can deliver volumes that meet the needs of larger public projects.
Can Yllw handle large volumes for major projects, such as government offices or cultural centres?
Yes, we have the logistics and production capacity to scale up. Through our network and our own factory, we can deliver large batches of cohesive interiors. We take full project responsibility, which means we coordinate everything from stock assessment of existing inventory to delivery and final assembly.
Is it possible to recondition furniture we already own to extend its life?
Absolutely — and it's often the most sustainable approach. We carry out stocktakes and assess the potential of your existing furniture. Pieces that are sound we can upgrade at Yllw Factory through new paint or refinishing, so they feel new whilst retaining their original value.

How does reuse work within public procurement?
We have extensive experience navigating the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU) and help you formulate requirements that enable sustainable and circular purchasing.
We have high requirements for traceability and documentation — how does Yllw report climate benefit in the project?
We base our reporting on actual measurements. If required, a climate report is provided that details CO2 savings and waste reduction. This gives you a complete and verifiable foundation for your sustainability reporting, ensuring the project contributes to your local and national environmental targets.
