Absolutely — that's what we specialise in. We often start with a stocktake of what you already have. By refurbishing your existing furniture at Yllw Factory and adding carefully selected reused pieces, we create a "new" office with minimal climate impact but maximum impact and high design standard.
Can we set up the office for both quiet conversations and loud workshops in the same space?
Yes, through clever zoning and acoustic optimisation. We use everything from mobile screen walls and sound absorbers to strategically placed phone booths to create a sound environment where different types of work can happen simultaneously without disturbing each other.
What's the process if we want to rent the interior instead of owning it?
