With a unique sustainability offering and business model to attract talent, we have gone from idea to 50 wonderful colleagues and around 400 million in profitable turnover in just over three years. Today we are located from Malmö in the south to Umeå in the north with an emphasis on Stockholm and Gothenburg, but the expansion journey has only just begun, we are facing a growth journey that our industry has never seen before.

To implement that, we need the best players at all positions. Right now we are looking for a star in Stockholm whose task is to be the spider in the web and with structure and accuracy ensure that our interior design projects are delivered with the highest precision in terms of time, quality and economy. More precisely, it includes the role of:

• Receive quotations from suppliers
• Make price calculations and quotes to customers
• Create sales materials and interior design proposals
• Check orders, items and prices
• Placing orders and making purchases
• Check order acknowledgments and ensure proper execution and pricing
• Monitor delivery times and make overviews to customers and sellers
• Manage quick changes to content or schedules
• Provide ongoing customer support and answer customer questions via email and phone
• Manage any returns and complaints for the team
• Invoice completed projects
• Keep in dialogue with leasing partners and producers, for example

To succeed in the role, you need to love to be the spider in the web, to structure what is unstructured, and to communicate clearly internally, with customers and producers. More precisely, we are looking for you as:

• Is a good administrative star
• Is strong at communicating in Swedish and English
• Have good financial knowledge
• Has a penchant for holding projects together and creating structure
• Appreciates when it goes fast and manages to keep a whole bunch of balls in the air
  simultaneously
• Mastered the entire Office suite well, especially Power Point and Excel
• Is good at drawing interior design proposals in, for example, P-Con planner (not a requirement)
